Unbleached or natural kraft paper is a food-grade packaging material created from recycled or natural pulp, often formed of wood pulp and consisting of cellulose fibres. The untreated pulp gives the kraft paper made from it a tint of brown hue. Due to the fact that unbleached kraft paperboard is not chemically treated, it may be used to safely wrap both dry and fatty food-grade items, which is why sales of the material are increasing in the food retailing and packaging industries.
